摘要
工业用传感器在使用一段时间后可能因为种种原因不再准确,在参考国家计量检定规程的基础上,利用振动传感器校准仪,开发了基于VB的传感器标定系统。主要介绍了典型传感器的校准原理、测试系统的构建及评定方法。该系统实现了对数据的实时显示、存储及分析处理并标定结论,为用户提供准确的信息和判断依据。实验表明,该系统操作方便,提高了振动传感器校准的自动化程度和校准精度,具有较好的市场前景。
Industrial sensors in use for some time may no longer be accurate due to various reasons. The vibration sensor calibration system was designed according to the national verification procedures in this paper. The system was developed based on VB. The calibration principle of typical sensors,the testing system building and the assessment methods were introduced. The system can display,save and analysis the testing data. It also can provide the accurate information and judgments according to the calibration results. Experiments shows that the system is easy to operate and it can improve the accurate,automatic degree of the sensor calibration. It has good market prospects.
