桃红四物汤配伍治疗胃脘痛的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:研究与分析桃红四物汤配伍治疗胃脘痛的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的胃脘痛患者80例为对象进行研究,利用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用桃红四物汤配伍治疗。比较两组临床效果、中医证候积分以及复发情况等。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,较对照组的80.0%显著较高,且P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组烧心、嗳气、胃痛、胃胀等证候积分较对照组均显著较低,且P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组复发率为5.0%,较对照组的17.5%显著较低,且P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:桃红四物汤配伍治疗胃脘痛的临床效果非常显著,既能显著改善患者各种症状,又能降低患者复发率,因此值得应用推广。
Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of the Taohong Siwu decoction on stomachache. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with the Taohong Siwu decoction. The clinical effects, TCM syndrome scores and recurrence were compared between groups. Results: The efficiency in the observation group was 95%, significantly higher than80% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference, P<0.05. The scores of heartburn, belching, stomachache and gastric distention in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences, P<0.05. The recurrence rate in the observation group was 5%, lower than 17.5% in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Taohong Siwu decoction on stomachache shows a significant effect, can improve the symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate, is worthy of application.
