摘要
针对某车型尾灯与后保险杠间隙面差分析,阐述了尺寸链计算在提高车身精度过程中的重要性。通过优化整车间隙面差定义、装配定位方案、工序等措施,改善尺寸链环结构及赋值大小,有效降低了尺寸链计算结果,为加强车身精度控制提供了借鉴作用。并探讨了尺寸链计算数值超出尺寸任务书目标定义值的解决方案,确保了产品制造精度能达到预期要求。
For the analysis of gap and flush on a car taillight and bumper,this paper expatiates the importance of dimension chain calculation during the enhancing body precision.Through optimizing vehicle gap and flush definition,assembly orientation scheme,working procedure etc,dimension chain structure and value are improved,and that can reduce the result of dimension chain.It provides a reference function for strengthening body precision control.When result overstepping the target value,resolvent is discussed,insuring that product machining precision can accord with target value.
