络合分光光度法测定四环素时敏化剂的选择

摘要
筛选了络合分光光度法测定四环素含量时金属离子的增敏剂。探讨了四环素与增敏剂的反应和显色条件,着重考察了不同的金属离子对体系的增敏作用。结果表明,硼酸-硼砂缓冲介质中,与其他金属离子相比,W~(6+)的增敏作用最强,W~(6+)与四环素类抗生素反应生成有色络合物,络合物的最大吸收波长位于395nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.05×10~5 L mol~(-1) cm~(-1),四环素的质量浓度在0.5~5.0 mg/L的范围内服从比尔定律。
