基于整车经济性的两级可变气门升程技术研究

摘要
目前较多研究针对发动机外特性进行,而忽略了部分负荷油耗对整车油耗的影响。本文论述以整车NEDC循环为标准,对部分负荷油耗进行研究,对比相同发动机匹配不同变速器时,NEDC循环中的工况点油耗量的权重,从而总结出发动机开发中的主要部分负荷油耗点,优化较高油耗率工况点,以利于更直接降低整车循环油耗。本文采用两段式可变气门升程技术对NEDC循环综合油耗的影响及作用,并分析说明使用小升程气门曲线能够降低油耗率的原理。结论显示,此款发动机使用两段式可变气门升程能够有效降低NEDC循环油耗约2.5%。
Currently many study with engine WOT performance,not the parts load,but parts load are the important factor with vehicle fuel consumption.According to fuel consumption distribution of different operation points in NEDC driving cycle,study parts load fuel consumption,and compare same engine which is matching different transmission different fuel consumption in NEDC cycle,the reduction BSFC of high weight operating points would lead to great fuel consumption saving.In this paper,according to running points with high weight fuel consumption,two-step variable valve lift technology was introduced to investigate its effect on fuel economy improvement.And the details why small valve lift could reduce fuel consumption at part load were explained as well.Simulation results showed 2.5% fuel consumption reduction using two-step variable valve lift technology.
