电工钢用单片测量方法有关问题讨论

摘要
沿着取向电工钢用单片测量方法的发展历程,对SST(82)和SST(92)单片测试方法的由来、差异进行深度剖析,并对两者间的测量偏差进行量化评价。研究表明,SST(92)单片测试方法测量比总损耗较SST(82)平均偏高5.03%左右,这主要是因为SST(82)单片测试方法的有效磁路长度不仅不固定,而且离散性较大,而有效磁路长度主要跟单片磁轭有关,而与测试试样无关。另外,直接感应试样磁场强度的H线圈方法由于规避了有效磁路长度的影响,可视为一种可靠的替代方法。
Along the development of single sheet testing method of the oriented electrical steel,the origin and differences of the SST(82) and SST(92) single sheet testing method was deeply studied,and the measurement deviation between each other was also quantitative estimated.Studies have shownthat the core loss tested by SST(92) single sheet testing methodwas about 5.03%higher on average than by SST(82),mainly because the effective magnetic path of the SST(82)single sheet testing method wasnot only varied,and has large discreteness,and the effective magnetic pathwas related to the magnetic yoke,andnot to the test sample.In addition,the H coil method which measured the sample'smagnetic field intensitydirectly eliminated the influence of the effectivemagnetic path,and could be regarded as a reliable alternatives.
