摘要
通辽地浸矿山注液系统对注液量的要求主要依靠高压变频器通过改变频率来实现调节控制,因此,对高压变频器运行环境及运行方式的优化选择尤为重要。归纳了高压变频器的结构及原理,对运行环境和运行方式进行了深入分析对比,研究出一定条件下高压变频器"密闭型运行环境"和"工变交替运行方式"模式,得出了不同条件下4种不同组合运行方式的结论。
Liquid injection system mainly depends on high-voltage inverter to achieve fluid adjustment,it's important to study operating environment and running way of the high-vdtage inverter.The article introduces the structure and principle of the inverter.The hermentic environment and alternately run way at some conditions are determined.
