地肤子水煎液对D-半乳糖模型小鼠抗氧化作用的影响

摘要
目的在中医药理论的指导下,结合地肤子的传统功效及现代药理研究成果,研究其对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠自由基代谢,观察地肤子水煎液的抗衰老作用,并揭示其作用机理。方法采用D-半乳糖颈背部皮下注射复制小鼠亚急性衰老模型,共42天,观察小鼠的一般状态,观察地肤子水煎液高、中、低剂量对衰老模型小鼠肝匀浆、肾匀浆中SOD活力、GSH-Px的活力、MDA含量的影响结果与空白组小鼠相比,D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠皮肤松弛,无光泽,行动迟缓,体重减轻;肝匀浆中MDA含量显著升高(P﹤0.01),SOD活力明显下降(P﹤0.05),GSH-Px活力显著下降(P﹤0.05);肾匀浆中MDA含量显著升高(P﹤0.01),SOD活力明显下降(P﹤0.05),GSH-Px活力显著下降(P﹤0.05);地肤子水煎液对这些指标的变化有明显或显著的改善。结论地肤子水煎液有很好的抗氧化作用,其抗衰老作用机制可能是通过诱导酶活性防御系统,保护细胞和机体,减少自由基损伤来达到的。
Objective: Based on the theory of traditional chinese medicine and combine the traditional effect with modern outcomings of pharmaco-research, studies free radical of d-galactoseinduced aging model, observe the anti-aging function and mechanism of water decoction of Broom cypress Fruit. Methods: The aging model mice are established by subcutaneous injectionof D-galactose. The effect of water decoction of Broom cypress Fruit in different doses on the model mice will be observed according to the index of the content of SOD,GSH-Px, MDA in the liverhomogenate or kindey homogenate. Results: Compared with the contrasting group, there are some changes happen to the aging model mice, cutis laxa. action retardation, weight loss. SOD vigorand GSH-Px vigor in the liver homogenate or kindey homogenate decreased significantly(P ﹤ 0.05), however, MDA increased apparently in number(P ﹤ 0.01).The water decoction of Broomcypress Fruit can improve these situations effectivly. Conclusions: The outcomings of a series of animal experiments show that The water decoction of Broom cypress Fruit can reduce the contentof MDA in the model mice's liver and kindey, enhance the activity of SOD and GSH-Px,protect the cells from the harm of free radical, and hence exert its anti-oxidation function.
