摘要
目的:探讨与分析小儿鼻炎鼻窦炎保守治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:本文选择了我院儿科自2014年5月至2016年5月收治的68例鼻炎鼻窦炎患儿,根据治疗方法的不同,将患儿分为两组,对照组患儿接受防感染、抗病毒治疗以及对呼吸道卡他症状的治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上服用匹多莫德口服液治疗,观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率较对照组高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在防感染、抗病毒及对呼吸道卡他症状治疗的基础上联合使用免疫调节方法治疗小儿鼻炎鼻窦炎能够有效缓解不适症状,无副作用,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of conservative treatment in children with rhinitis and sinusitis. Methods: This paper chooses my courtyard departmentof Pediatrics in May 2014 to 2016 may, a total of 68 cases of rhinitis and sinusitis in children, according to different treatment approachs, patients were divided into two groups, control group wastreated with anti infection, antiviral therapy and the treatment of respiratory catarrhal symptoms observed groups of children on the basis of taking pidotimod oral liquid in the treatment and toobserve the clinical curative effect of two groups of children. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference between the twogroups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: anti infection, antiviral and respiratory catarrh symptoms based on the combined with immunity regulating approach in the treatment ofchildren with rhinitis and sinusitis can effectively relieve discomfort symptoms, no side effects, treatment effect is significant, worthy of clinical use.
