氧化石墨烯在辐射固化领域应用研究

摘要
石墨烯是近年来被认为最可能颠覆科技的新材料。其化学方法合成过程中产生的氧化石墨烯也成为研究者们追捧的研究热点。辐射固化工艺具有环保、简便、灵活的特点,在涂层、油墨(印刷)、光刻和粘合剂方面得到了广泛应用和研究。如何将氧化石墨烯与UV固化工艺结合也在逐渐得到大量的探索。本文总结了以氧化石墨烯改性为手段与UV固化工艺相结合的研究内容,对相关领域遇到的主要问题和改性过程中取得的一些成果进行了分析,为今后氧化石墨烯在辐射固化领域研究提供一些思路。
The charming material Graphene has the highest possibility of changing the technology as the substitute new material.Graphene oxide produced during the process of graphene chemical preparation method also has became the research hotspot.UV curing technology possesses the advantages of environment-friendly,convenient and flexible,and has been widely applied to the fields of coating,ink,photoetching and bonder etc.While more and more attention is paid to the combination of graphene oxide and UV curing.Herein,the relative modification of graphene oxide on UV curing technology is being summarized;also the problems and achievements are analyzed,which provided some advises for the application of GO applying to UV curing area.
