摘要
通过分析燃油泵在台架与整车上的噪声表现,得知国内大部分油泵厂家的台架水平无法正确反映油泵在整车上的工作状态。本文通过试验测试与分析,改进油泵在台架上的安装结构,使得油泵在台架与整车上的工作状态一致,解决了油泵在两种状态下NVH测试差异性的问题。
Based on the analysis of noise performance of fuel pump on the bench and vehicle,learned that most of the domestic oil pump manufacturer test-bench cannot correctly reflect the working state of the oil pump on the vehicle,through test and analysis,a flow control valve was added in the pipeline system to solve the problem of the NVH discrepancy between test-bench and vehicle of fuel pump.
