摘要
数字科技的不断进步使得环境信息化由"数字环保"向"智慧环保"转变,单纯的信息管理显然不能满足需求。本文基于知识服务的协同创新为环境信息化建设提供了新的方向,以环保业务协同创新系统为例探讨了协同创新在环境信息化中的应用。协同创新系统以环保业务的知识共享与知识管理促进环境信息化的快速实现。
Advances in digital technology makes environmental information changing from "Digital Environmental Protection" to "Smart Environmental Protection",thus the simple information management obviously can not meet the demand.Knowledge-based collaborative innovation services a new direction to the environmental information construction.Illustrated by the example of environmental business collaborative innovation system,this paper discusses the application of collaborative innovation in environmental information.Collaborative Innovation System which sharing and manage environmental business knowledge promote the rapid implementation of environmental information.
