东黄海短蛸生物学特性研究与比较

为了解短蛸的生物学特性,比较不同海域短蛸的差异,根据2015年10-11月在东海和黄海采集的272尾短蛸样本,研究其胴长和体重组成、性别比例、性腺成熟度和摄食强度等生物学特性。结果表明,芦潮港海域短蛸的胴长范围为38~75mm,体重范围为24~92g;舟山海域短蛸的胴长范围为30~75mm,体重范围为27~123g;青岛海域短蛸的胴长范围为36~90mm,体重范围为23~276g。青岛海域雌性个体的体重和胴长极显著地大于雄性,舟山和芦潮港海域雌雄个体体重和胴长间不存在显著差异。青岛雌性短蛸体重和胴长关系式为BW=0.0011ML~(2.7452),青岛雄性短蛸为BW=0.0009ML~(2.7843),芦潮港短蛸为BW=0.0257ML~(1.9079),舟山短蛸为BW=0.0638ML~(1.7297)。青岛海域短蛸为匀速生长类型,舟山和芦潮港海域短蛸均为负异速生长类型。不同海域的短蛸在胴长、体重、性别比例、性成熟度等方面存在差异,存在着不同的地理种群。
Based on 272 samples of Octopus ocellatus collected in the East China Sea and the Yellow sea during October to November of 2015, the paper studied the biological characteristics of Octopus ocellatus and made a comparison between different areas. The mantle length(ML),body weight(BW), sex ratio, maturity stage and stomach stage were analyzed. There were no significant differences in the length-weight relationship between sexes except in Qingdao. The relationship between mantle length and body weight could be expressed as BW = 0.0011ML~(2.7452)(females of Qingdao), BW =0.0009ML~(2.7843)(males of Qingdao), BW = 0.0257ML~(1.9079)(Luchaogang) and BW = 0.0638ML~(1.7297)(Zhoushan). The slopes(b value) of the mantle length-body weight relationship indicated isometric growth for samples of Qingdao and negative allometric growth for samples of Zhoushan and Luchaogang. By comparison, differences were found in ML, BW, sex ratio and maturity stage between different areas, which indicate that there exist different geographical populations.
