摘要
借鉴适航理念和适航审定检查单方法,将检查内容细化具体到每一个条款,有效地参与并深入到机载电子产品的研制中去,是提高军事代表质量监督效能的一项新的尝试。在做到产品设计缺陷和薄弱环节早发现、早解决的同时,可大大提高军事代表参与产品研制质量监督的深度和技术话语权。本文从实际应用角度出发,介绍了适航符合性验证的方法和编制通用检查单审查要点的基本要求,详细描述了编制航空电子产品安全防差错设计的通用审查要点,对指导电子产品安全防差错设计和开展安全防差错质量监督工作具有很强的指导意义。
With the help of airworthiness and airworthiness check list method,checking the content refinement to every clause,and applying it effectively in the development of airborne electronic products,is a new try to improve the military representative quality supervision.To earlier find the product design defect and weak links and to solve these problems earlier can greatly improve die military representatives participating in product quality supervision depth and the technical discourse right.In this paper,from the view actual application,the methods of airworthiness compliance verification and the basic requirements for the preparation of general check list are introduced.The establishment of air electronic product safety anti error design general requirements are explained in detailed,which shows a strong guidance significance for guiding the air electronic product safety anti error design and carrying out anti error safety quality supervision.
