摘要
对TVS器件的技术特点、选用原则进行了解析,并以实际工程设计为例,对TVS器件在航空电子产品雷电间接效应防护中的选用进行了参数计算,并给出了工程设计中的注意事项等。
The technical characteristics and selected principles of TVS devices are analyzed,and practical engineering is taken as the example to calculate parameters for TVS devices choice in avionics lightning indirect effects protection,and precautions of engineering design are given.
