基于阻尼片优化的加速噪声改善

摘要
本文介绍了车身板件振动同板件声辐射之间的关系,提出可以通过在车身主要板件上施加阻尼片以减小板件振动,从而减少板件声辐射。针对某车在试验过程中出现的加速噪声问题,通过阻尼片优化仿真分析技术对车内阻尼片进行了位置及厚度的优化,在试验车上重新进行阻尼片优化布置,最终取得很好的降噪效果,同时有效地减轻了车身重量,降低了开发成本。
This paper describes the relationship between body panel vibration and the acoustic radiation,proposing the suggestion that adding damper on main panels to reduce its vibration,thereby reducing the panel acoustic radiation.For the accelerate noise problems appears during the test,we optimize the position and thickness of damper layout on the body panel by CAE simulation,and then re-arranging optimized damper on the test vehicle,ultimately getting a good noise results while effectively reducing body weight and development costs.
