摘要
目的:观察分析中医综合护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复作用效果,为治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者提供科学的数据参考。方法:选取在我科室2014年8月-2015年8月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者临床资料100例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组均为50例。对照组应用常规护理方法,观察组应用中医综合护理方法。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为72.00%,观察组的治疗总有效率远远高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预前,两组患者的Barthel指数与MAS评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组的Barthel指数与MAS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复作用效果较为显著,具有重要的临床研究价值。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of TCM Comprehensive Nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and provide scientific data for the treatment ofstroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: the clinical data of 100 cases of stroke patients admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to August in were selected as the research object. According to theorder of admission, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 50 cases. Control group using conventional nursing approaches, the observation groupapplication of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing approach. Results: in the observation group total efficiency of 92.00%, the treatment in the control group the total efficiency was 72.00%, the observation group treatment efficiency is much higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05); before nursing intervention, two groups of patients with Barthel Index and MAS score had nostatistical significance(P > 0.05); nursing intervention, in the observation group, the Barthel Index and MAS score was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect ofTCM Comprehensive Nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia is significant, and it has important clinical value.
