柴油机气门油封的动态密封性能仿真研究

摘要
建立了柴油机气门油封结构有限元二维轴对称模型,研究了在气门工作条件下油封的动态密封性能,同时分析了油封不同结构参数对油封密封性能的影响。仿真分析表明,油封密封性能随着凸轮转角的变化而发生明显变化,气门运动速度波动对油封密封性能有很大影响,在气门运动换向时刻油封嘴唇口发生剧烈运动。通过仿真得到了油封结构参数与油封动态密封性能之间的关系,为油封设计工作提供了重要依据。
Two-dimension axisymmetric finite element models of valve oil seal structure were built.The dynamic sealing performance of valve oil seal under valve working condition was investigated,and the influence of seal different structure parameters on dynamic sealing performance was analyzed.It shows that the sealing performance changes with the time greatly,and is affected by the valve velocity fluctuations,and the sealing lip has a strenuous exercise while the valve changing directions.The relationship between the dynamic sealing performance and geometric design parameters is studied through simulation,which is the important basis for oil seal design.
