离合器摩擦副碟形翘曲变形分级研究

摘要
研究了碟形翘曲离合器摩擦副变形分级及径向、周向的变化趋势。利用Creaform扫描仪得到离合器摩擦片钢片的翘曲高度,通过Geomagic软件得到其标准差及不同半径不同角度上的翘曲高度;以标准差为指标,将离合器摩擦副划分为良好状态、轻微损坏状态、重损坏状态三种级别。并分析翘曲高度在径向及周向的变化趋势:随损坏状态加剧,径向指标角度会变大;但周向不均匀系数与状态无关,与材料相关。
It's presented that conical deformation rank of friction pairs in clutches and trend in radial direction and circumferential direction. Creaform scanner was used to get conical deformation value of friction discs and steel discs. Standard deviation and conical deformation values in different radial direction and circumferential direction were collected by Geomagic software. On the base of standard deviation, friction pairs were divided into three ranks:good, light warping and heavy warping. And as the rank turns heavier, the angle in radial direction increases while the coefficient in circumferential direction which varies with materials shows no regularity.
