6×6棒束流场的试验及数值研究

摘要
核反应堆燃料组件作为堆芯的核心部件,其中三维流场特征的准确预测对于燃料组件的设计、优化有着重要意义。计算流体力学(CFD)工具常被人们用于燃料组件内的流场分析。然而,目前的试验验证仍然非常不充分。而燃料组件致密的棒束几何结构使得实验测量困难,因而燃料组件棒束内三维流场测量一直是业内的难题。本文利用三维五光束激光多普勒测速仪(Laser Doppler Velocimetry,LDV)测量了6×6棒束内的三维流场,并通过理论分析推出LDV的三维误差公式,对所测的数据进行误差分析。所得到的试验数据被用于评价商用CFD分析软件ANSYS CFX采用不同湍流模型计算得到的分析结果,以评价湍流模型的可靠性。
The fuel assembly is a key component of nuclear reactor,whose accurate forecast of the three-dimension character of the flow field is of great significance for its design and optimization.However,the structure of bundles in the fuel assembly leads to special flow pattern,which is very hard to measure for the sake of its compact geometric construction.So a five-beam three-component laser Doppler velocimetry(LDV)is applied to investigate the turbulent flow in the 6X6 rod bundle,in order to estimate the data measured in the experiment,the three-dimension error formula of LDV is deduced in theory.As a result,the experimental data is used to evaluate the results simulated by the commercial CFD analysis software,that is ANSYS CFX,in different turbulence model to find the reliability of each turbulence model.
