<正>引言/目的新城疫是由新城疫病毒(Newcastle diseasevirus,NDV)引起的一种急性、高度接触性传染病,严重危害全球养禽业~([1])。HN蛋白是NDV重要的宿主保护性抗原,其可作为NDV基因工程疫苗的重要抗原靶基因之一。沙门菌是一种较为常见的侵袭性胞内菌,通过基因工程方法减毒后对宿主致病性显著降低,但仍保留良好的侵袭力,
