用于去除水中硝基苯的相选择性凝胶因子

摘要
水体污染是全球关注的环境问题。硝基苯类废水一直都是世界各国严格控制的污染物质,所以排放前一定要进行净化处理。目前处理这类有机液体的方法包括吸附法,聚合物固化法,电化学降解法和生物法。然而每一种方法都存在其自身的局限性。相选择凝胶因子可以在两相混合液中凝胶一种溶剂而不凝胶另一种溶剂,它一直被用来研究水的净化方面~([1-3])。然而,据我们所知,相选择有机凝胶从硝基苯/水混合物中去除硝基苯鲜有报道。在这项工作中,设计合成了葡萄糖基的相选择凝胶因子,发现只需简单的震荡就可以均匀的分散在有机相进而形成凝胶,该相选择凝胶因子在体积比为1/20的混合溶液中对硝基苯的去除率高达88%。
Water pollution is an environmental issue of world-wide focus. Since the waste water of nitrobenzenea is a strictly controlled polloutant in the world, it needs to be clearified before being released out. Phase-selective gelators(PSGs) that prefer to gelate one solvent rather than gel the other in a given biphasic mixture, have been actively studied on water purification.[1-3] However, to the best of our knowledge, phase-selective organogelators which can remove water-dissolved nitrobenzene from an nitrobenzene/water mixture are rarely reported. In this work, a glucose-based PSG has been designed and synthesized. It was found that only simple mechanical shaking could form gelator in organic phase. A very high removal efficiency of 88 % for nitrobenzene was obtained with the gelator(4.7 wt%) as the PSG in nitrobenzene/water mixture with the volume ratio as 0.1ml/2.0ml.
