汽车路面轰鸣音控制技术的研究

摘要
本文针对某款轿车的路面轰鸣音问题,利用试验与仿真技术相结合的手段分析得出,其23Hz轰鸣音为悬架前后共振和后背门局部模态共振所产生,45Hz轰鸣音为轮胎面内-轴向共振和前风窗-声腔的声振耦合产生。最后通过优化前风窗安装结构和后背门模态等手段解决了此问题。
This paper is aimed at drumming noise of a certain car.By means of the combination of experiment and simulation technology,it is concluded that the 23 Hz drumming noise are caused by the back-and-forth resonance of the rear suspension and the local mode resonance of the back door,and 45 Hz drumming noise are caused by the in- plane rotation resonance of the wheel about wheel spin axis and the vibro-acoustic coupling of the front windshield and acoustic cavity.Finally,through the optimization of the front windshield installation structure and mode of back doorand solve this problem.
