几种因素对Q235钢在CO_2介质中的腐蚀影响及缓蚀研究

摘要
采用失重法、数理统计等方法研究了压强、温度、pH对Q235钢在CO_2的3%氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀影响以及缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。结果表明,CO_2分压对Q235钢腐蚀速率的影响明显,Q235钢的腐蚀速率随着CO_2分压增大而增大CO_2分压增大,Q235钢最大腐蚀速率的温度随着而降低;pH升高,Q235钢腐蚀速率降低;咪唑啉化合物具有良好的缓蚀效果。
Effects of several factors such as pressure,temperature,pH on corrosion of Q235 steel in CO_2 solution and the efficiency of inhibitors were studied using loss-weight test and mathematical statistics methods.The results showed that the partial pressure of CO_2 had important effect on corrosion rate of Q235 steel,corrosion rate of Q235 steel increased and temperature of maximal corrosion rate decreased with increase of partial pressure of CO_2,corrosion rate of Q235 steel decreased with increase of pH,and the compound of imidazoline had good inhibition efficiency.
