燃烧室斜切唇口对柴油机燃烧、排放及可靠性的影响

摘要
本文利用三维数值仿真软件STAR-CD对斜切唇口燃烧室对缸内燃烧过程、排放物生成以及可靠性的影响规律进行了仿真研究。结果表明,A100工况下,斜切唇口燃烧室凹坑里分配的燃油减少,部分燃油沿斜切线向上部富氧区域运动,中后期燃烧得到改善,油耗降低,Soot排放降低,NO_x排放增加。斜切唇口消除了活塞顶面尖角,降低了活塞开裂风险,提高了可靠性,但斜切唇口也会使得更多燃油蒸气到达缸壁。
The effects of combustion chamber with bevel-cut lip on the combustion emission and reliability were numerically analyzed by STAR-CD.The results show that:with the operation of AlOO,less fuel injected into the chamber with bevel-cut lip,a part of fuel moved to the upper zone of rich oxygen along the bevel-cut line,and in the middle and later stage,combustion were greatly improved,and fuel consumption and the Soot emissions decreased,but the NO_x emissions increased.The bevel-cut lip could eliminate the sharp angle and reduce the risk of crack of piston,and then improve the piston reliability,but with bevel-cut lip much more fuels could reach the cylinder liner,which can influence the lubrication.
