基于多体动力学的变速器降噪模拟技术研究

摘要
变速器啸叫是用户关注的重要性能指标,齿轮副修形是目前解决啸叫比较通用的方法。本文介绍了齿轮修形方法,并针对某变速器齿轮啸叫噪声大的问题,以齿轮微观修形理论为基础对该变速器齿轮传递误差进行修形,并基于多体动力学和有限元,对修形前后变速器的辐射噪声进行分析。结果表明,齿轮微观修形后,传递误差峰值降低,变速器总成噪声有所降低。
For the vehicle customer,noise is one of the most important focus problem of the gearbox.Gear modification is the usual method to solve the problem,which can induced the transmission error.For some gearbox with noise problem,gear modification is used based on multi- body dynamics analysis.Radiation noise of the gearbox also analyzed through finite element to evaluate the effect of gear modification.The result shows that the method induced the noise level,which also verified by the test.
