Q值混凝土回弹回弹法检测初步研究

摘要
本文介绍Q值回弹仪的工作原理和特点,对比Q值回弹仪与R值回弹仪的不同,说明Q值回弹仪的优势,通过试验验证Q值回弹回弹值与回弹方向和角度无关,无需进行弹击角度的修正,分析石子粒径、坍落度、碳化深度等对Q值回弹回弹结果的影响,对比R值回弹回弹值与Q值回弹回弹值回归曲线精度。通过理论分析与试验数据结合,总结Q值回弹仪的优势与不足,提出改进要求,同时支持发展Q值回弹仪。
This paper makes an introduction about the working principles and characteristics of the Q value resiliometer.Through a detailed comparison of the Q value resiliometer and the R value resiliometer,the advantages of the were illustrated.According to the scientific researching tests,it proved that there is no relationship between the rebound values and the rebounding orientation and angle.As a result,the rebounding angle amendment is unnecessary.In the meantime,analysis of the influences by the pebble diameter,the slump,the carbonation depth was made during the test.Beyond that,comparison and analysis of regression curves accuracy were made between the Q value resiliometer and the R value resiliometer.By the combination of theoretical analysis and testing data,both of the Q value resiliometer's merits and defects have been summarized.Accompanied with the optimum proposal,the Q value resiliometer will have a great application and development prospect in the future.
