簇绒地毯织机装备中簇绒钩执行机构的动态特性分析

摘要
本文针对地毯簇绒装备中钩执行机构进行了力学性能分析,首先介绍了簇绒装备系统执行机构的组成以及簇绒原理。然后,采用封闭矢量多边形法分别对簇绒装备系统中钩执行机构建立了数学模型。随后,通过仿真方法获得钩机构的运动分析线图及力分析线图,得知簇绒钩执行机构在运行过程中会对主轴产生周期变化的载荷,其作用在主轴上的力矩远小于针连杆机构产生的力矩,为下一步簇绒地毯织机主轴系统的机构优化设计提供依据。
Focusing on the carpet tufted equipment,the mechanical performances of hook multi-linkage mechanism are analyzed. Firstly,the structure of hook multi-linkage mechanism and the principle of the cluster are introduced. Then,the mathematical model is built using the closed vector polygon method. Finally,the curves of motion analysis and force analysis are obtained by simulation. The results demonstrate that in the working process,the hook multi-linkage mechanism applies loads of periodic variation on the main shaft,which is much smaller than that on the needle multi-linkage mechanism. These conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the spindle system in the next step.
