老年支气管哮喘慢性持续期的治疗效果观察

摘要
目的:本文就老年支气管哮喘慢性持续期的治疗效果进行分析与对比。方法:选自我院从2014年2月-2015年4月期间收治的老年支气管哮喘患者94例,按照入院就诊时间将其平均分为两组,每组患者47例。接受西医治疗的患者设为对照组,接受中西医结合治疗的患者设为实验组,其后对比两组老年支气管哮喘患者的临床治疗效果以及肺功能改善程度。结果:实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率好于对照组,肺功能指标的改善程度好于对照组,统计学分析两组实验数据,结果差异显著。结论:在老年支气管哮喘慢性持续期治疗中应用中西医结合治疗,其治疗效果显著,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:in this paper,the treatment of senile chronic bronchial asthma duration effect analysis and comparison.Methods:choose self hospital from February 2014- during April 2015 treated 94 cases of elderly patients with bronchial asthma,according to the average admission time divided into two groups,each group of 47 cases of patients.Treated with western medicine as control group,combining Chinese and western medicine treatment of the patients as experimental group,and then compared the two groups of elderly patients with bronchial asthma clinical treatment effect and improve the degree of lung function.Results:the clinical total effective rate of experimental group patients were better than the control group,pulmonary function index is better than the control group,improve statistical analysis of two groups of experimental data,the results significant difference.Conclusion:the application in the treatment of elderly chronic bronchial asthma duration combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the treatment effect is remarkable,have clinical application value.
