摘要
黄芩提取物中6种黄酮成分在健康大鼠和2型糖尿病大鼠体内的药动学和组织分布行为并不清楚。在本研究中,利用UPLC-MS/MS方法研究了健康大鼠和糖尿病大鼠口服黄芩提取物后6种黄酮的药动学和组织分布行为。结果显示,2型糖尿病大鼠体内6种黄酮成分的药动参数(如C_(max)和AUC)与健康大鼠有显著差异(p<0.05)。同时6种黄酮在2型糖尿病大鼠体内的组织分布行为随疾病状态而改变(p<0.05)。这项研究为更好地理解黄芩提取物的体内过程、作用途径和治疗机制提供了重要的依据。
Pharmacokinetic and tissue-distribution behaviors of flavonoid compounds from Radix Scutellaria in normal and type 2 diabetic rats are still unclear so far.The flavonoid compounds in rat plasma and tissues,were simultaneously measured by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method after oral administration of Radix Scutellaria extract to normal and type 2 diabetic rats.The results showed that baicalin,wogonoside and oroxyloside were found to have a higher Cmax and AUC(p<0.05) in type 2 diabetic rats than those in normal rats and the tissue-distribution behaviors of the six flavonoid compounds in tissues of type 2diabetic rats had obviously differences from normal rats due to such pathological state(p<0.05).The results of this study provide a crucial basis for better understanding of in vivo action pathway and anti-diabetic mechanism of the six flavonoid compounds from Radix Scutellaria.
