摘要
精益六西格玛理论在烟草行业受到越来越多的重视与实践,烟草商业企业通过精益六西格玛管理能够有效的提高管理效益,提高员工业务水平。本文介绍了精益六西格玛理论知识,探索了某烟草商业企业提高物流设备OEE水平,研究了精益六西格玛管理在烟草企业之中的应用。
Lean Six Sigma theory has been paid more and more attention and practice in the tobacco industry, tobacco business enterprise through Lean Six Sigma management can effectively improve the management efficiency, improve the level of employee business. This paper studies the Lean Six Sigma theory and the application of Lean Six Sigma Management in tobacco commercial enterprises by taking a certain tobacco commercial enterprise as an example to improve the OEE level of logistics equipment.
