摘要
报表普遍存在于企业业务系统或决策系统中,以往采用生命周期模型来管理报表时,未将报表数据和报表模板进行区分管理,将造成不必要的报表重构。加之,企业报表基本上只增加不减少,缺乏有效的淘汰更迭机制。本文将报表生命周期与报表数据和报表模板生命周期分离,采用模块化思想设计报表模板,同时通过对报表应用进行应用评估,探讨建立一种有效的报表管理机制。
Report business has been widely used in every business units or groups for information processing and interaction. Unified management of data and template in a report life cycle would cost lots of unnecessary reconstruction. In addition, the lack of effective elimination mechanism in report life cycle causes the increment of reports. In this paper, a report life cycle model is proposed, which separate data and template in two different life cycles. A block-based design is applied in report template. And through the report life cycle assessment, an effective elimination mechanism is discussed.
