C-878定碳仪在铀铌合金中碳含量测定的应用

摘要
本文应用C-878红外定碳仪,对铀铌合金中碳进行了测定,考察了碳标准和铀铌样品在不同温度下对碳释放的影响。对铀铌样品的测量结果与LECO CS-444红外仪测量的结果做了比对实验,对于铀合金含碳为50μg/g,其相对标准不确定度<10%,加入标准的回收率为92%~106%;含碳为180μg/g,其相对标准不确定度<5%,加入标准的回收率为90%~105%。方法的测量下限为9μg/g。测定标准样品在1.25μg~12.5μg范围内,线性相关系数r为0.99986。
Carbon in U-Nb alloy was determined by the infrared carbon analyzer C-878.The effect of temperature on the releasing rate of carbon both in the standard and U-Nb alloy samples ware performed. The RSD is less than 10%, the recovery is between 92% and 106% respectively when carbon content in U-Nb alloy is about 50μg/g. The RSD is less than 5%, the recovery is between 90% and 105% respectively when carbon content in U-Nb alloy is about 180μg/g. The determination lower limit is 9μg/g. When the quantity of the standard samples ranges from 1.25μg~12.5μg,the linearity correlation coefficient is 0.99986.The results determined by are accord well with that by Leco CS-444.
