新型压电阻尼复合结构的性能研究

摘要
基于压电效应的新型阻尼材料的特点是具有宽温域、宽频率、高强度、高阻尼性能。本文针对目前我国船舶结构尤其是支撑和船体结构的减振需求,介绍了压电阻尼材料的机理,并以新型压电阻尼材料为基础,研究自由、约束阻尼复合结构性能影响规律,最后采用标准方法对阻尼结构组合梁开展阻尼性能试验,获得阻尼性能的影响规律。
The new damping material based on piezoelectricity is high-damping performance and high strength for a wide temperature range and wide frequency range. Aim at the vibration reduce requirement from ship structure, especially for support and hull structure, this paper introduce the mechanism of piezoelectricity damping material. Based on new piezoelectricity damping material, the paper investigates the free and constraint damping structure, and introduce the international standard to test the damping performance for combination beam, and obtain the impact law of damping performance..
