摘要
本文采用SRV4摩擦磨损试验机,在相同的试验条件下,研究了同种座圈与三种气门配副的摩擦磨损特性,结果表明,堆焊气门与座圈配副的摩擦匹配性最优,氮化气门与座圈配副的摩擦系数虽小,但由于氮化层剥落而形成的硬质颗粒造成了磨粒磨损,因此磨损率飙升。
In this paper,it is studied thewear characteristicsof the same seat to the three valve Pair friction usingSRV4 under the same test conditions,the results showedthatexcellentfrictionmatchingof welding valve toseat,friction coefficientof nitride valve to seat is small,but hard particles due to the nitride layer is formed by peeling off,causing abrasive wear,resulting in wear rate soared.
