折叠式夹层板水下爆炸试验研究

论文作者在前期数值仿真研究的基础上,对V型折叠式夹层板水下爆炸防护性能试验进行了研究。设计和加工折叠式夹层板及试件支撑围壁结构,制定夹层板水下爆炸试验方案。通过试验确定典型计算工况,对V型夹层板的动态力学行为进行试验研究。研究得到了可用于夹层板板格水下爆炸防护性能试验研究的试验方案,包括试件制备、试验装置、测试工况、测试技术等。试验结果表明,下面板呈现整体弯曲与板格局部凹陷相叠加的变形模式,塑性变形量较大;上面板呈现整体弯曲的变形模式;夹芯层发生压皱变形,使得传递到上面板的载荷减小,上面板的塑性变形量也较小,起到良好的防护作用。
