复合材料压损设计许用值试验研究

摘要
复合材料压损设计许用值是复合材料结构设计的重要参数之一。本文以复合材料积木式试验为研究基础,从元件级无孔板压缩试验中获得工艺批次影响因子C_(BB),从细节件级压损试验中获得湿热环境影响因子C_(EN)和不同(b/t)下的压损破坏强度S_(RTD),最终通过工程经验公式得出复合材料压损设计许用值S_(CR)。本研究成果实现了国内民机复合材料领域压损设计许用值从无到有的突破,解决了长久以来工程师仅靠理论计算分析获取压损强度准确性低、可靠性差的设计现状。
Allowable design value for composite crippling is one of the most important parameters in composite structure design.This paper is based on the building block approach of composite,the processing batch influencing factor C_(BB) has been got from coupon level unnotched compressive strength test results,while the environment influencing factor C_(EN) and the compressive strength S_(RTD) in different(b/t) s have been got from the detail level crippling test.Finally,the allowable design value for composite crippling S_(OT) is obtained with the help of experience formulas for engineering.These research gains have achieved a breakthrough of the allowable design value for composite crippling from scratch in domestic civil aircraft composite field and overcome the reality that engineers get compressive strength only with theoretical analysis for a long time,which is inaccurate and unreliable.
