面向智能服装的柔性器件

摘要
随着社会的不断发展和科技水平的日新月异,人们对服装即时体验效果也在急剧提升,而服装也经历着从简单的保温御寒到防水、阻燃、抗菌等高性能,进而又提升到能够随环境的变化和人的意志而发生响应的智能化的方向发展。然而获得对外界环境具有响应性和具有持续、轻质、柔性能源供给的智能服装仍是一个亟待解决的问题。我们面向智能服装用纤维状和膜状材料的光学特性、能量转化能力以及低能耗灵敏传感、变形性能开展研究,主要包括:(1)环境响应型光子晶体纤维;(2)低压电致变色纤维与薄膜;(3)柔性能量转换智能器件;(4)无源柔性传感器件;(5)光、热致变形器件等。
With progress in science and standard of living, the requirements of people's clothing are not merely content to warm, fashion, waterproof, flame retardant, anti-bacterial and anti-static.The desired smart clothing can respond to changes of environment and people's will. In order to meet the requirements of smart clothing,we have developed a series offibriform and membranous smart materials, including(1) Environmental responsive photonic crystal fiber;(2) Low voltage electrochromic fiber and film;(3) Flexible and energy convertible intelligent device;(4) Passive and flexible sensor;(5) Optical and thermal actuated devices, etc.
