磁性二氧化钛/壳聚糖的制备及其对日落黄的吸附性能研究

摘要
本文采用一种简便的方法通过复合磁性二氧化钛(MTiO_2)和壳聚糖(CS)合成了一种新型的吸附材料磁性二氧化钛/壳聚糖(MTiO_2/CS)。并用扫描电镜,红外光谱,X射线衍射等手段进行表征。通过降解日落黄对MTiO_2,CS和MTiO_2/CS的吸附性能进行探究,MTiO_2/CS吸附日落黄符合二级吸附动力学方程(R~2=0.9734),并且吸附其他物质符合朗格缪尔模型(R2=0.9745)。由于对日落黄的吸附主要是静电引力和NH_2的络合作用,所以MTiO_2/CS对日落黄的最大吸附量为310mg/g,此吸附剂最大吸附容量高于其他吸附剂,且易分离。这种材料对染料的吸附具有很高的价值
This paper adopts a convenient method for the synthesis of a novel adsorption material by combining magnetic titanium dioxide(MTiO_2) with chitosan(CS).The hybrids(MTiO_2/CS) were characterized by X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Fourier Transform Infrared spectra(FT-IR) and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).The adsorption of MTiO_2/CS and the mechanism of MTiO_2/CS for degradation the dyes were studied by degrading sunset yellow.MTiO_2/CS showed that the adsorbent adsorption of sunset yellow conforms to the secondary adsorption dynamics equation(R =0.9734),and its adsorption is other conforms to the Langmuir model(R =0.9745).Due to electrostatic attraction and NH_2 complexation,the maximum adsorption capacity of adsorbent adsorption of sunset yellow is up to 310 mg/g,higher than other adsorbent usually used and the adsorbent is easy to separate with magnets.This material has a high value for the adsorption of the dye
