悬臂浇筑连续梁桥施工应力监控

摘要
本文以巴中市某三跨预应力刚构连续梁桥~([1])为例,介绍了悬臂浇筑连续梁桥施工中应力监控方面的知识,对应力监控中控制截面的确定、控制截面传感器布设、传感器类型以及数据采集、数据分析等关键技术问题进行了详述;基于施工实际步骤,对依托工程的施工过程进行了有限元模拟计算,提取出了控制截面的计算应力,同时在施工现场取得了详细的实测数据,对控制截面的计算应力和实测应力进行了对比分析;利用监控结果,对施工过程中的张拉时机、张拉力的准确控制等关键环节进行了有效指导,同时对结构的安全提供了有力保障,具有较强的说服力和实践指导意义。另外,通过本桥实践,提出在刚构桥梁施工监控中,计算应力与实测应力的误差宜控制在10%以内比较合理,而且是可行的。希望对于同类型桥梁施工监控的同仁们能够起到一定的参考作用,文中的不足之处请大家提出批评。
Taking a three span pre-stressed concrete rigid frame girder bridge in Bazhong City as an example,this paper introduces the stress monitoring knowledge during the cast-in-place cantilever method construction of continuous beam bridge.Not only are the key technical methods of the control section choice and the control section sensor installation illustrated,but also the methods of the sensor type selection and its data acquisition and analysis during the monitoring and control.Based on the actual construction steps,using finite element simulation of the bridge and its construction process,the stress of all control sections are calculated and extracted.At the same time,the detailed measured data on the construction site are obtained.The comparision and analysis between the calculated stress and the measured stress of the control section are given with persuasive significance and practical instructive.Using monitoring results,effective guidance provided about the strand tension time,tension force accurate control and other key aspects in the construction process,and provides a strong guarantee for the safety of the bridge.In addition,it is put forward that the difference between the calculated stress and the measured stress should be controlled within 10%,and it is feasible in the construction monitoring and control of rigid frame bridge.Hope this paper can play to a certain reference for new colleagues of the same type bridge construction monitoring and control.Deficiencies in this paper are inevitable,please criticism.
