以金属有机骨架为前驱体的氧还原非贵金属催化剂的制备

摘要
据测算,采用Pt作为电极催化剂,催化剂成本将占电堆的38%-56%,因此开发可替代Pt的非贵金属催化剂意义重大。这里,我们以MIL-Fe为前驱体在高温下煅烧后制备了具有石墨烯片层包覆的纳米花簇结构的催化剂,其催化活性在碱性中与商业化Pt/C相当。同时在半电池加速衰减实验中,其稳定性也明显优于商业化Pt/C。当载量为0.4 mg/cm~2,其半波电位和起始电位分别为0.841 V和1.072V,极限扩散电流密度为5.848 mA cm~(-2).
As estimated, the catalyst cost may take up 38%- 56% of the fuel cell stack costs when utilizing Pt. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the non-precious metal electrocatalysts. Here, we prepared graphene sheet coated nanoflower structured electrocatalysts using MOF as precusor after calcination.
