摘要
本文介绍了一种可应用于航管频段的高功率平衡功率放大器的设计与实现方法。采用六路Wilkinson功率分配器与合成器进行功率分配与合成,选用技术成熟、可靠性高、成本较低的LDMOS功放管成功实现了输出脉冲功率2500W的固态功率放大器。经ADS软件仿真与实际调试、测试,设计的功率放大器最终输出脉冲功率达到2500W。
An L-band Balanced pulse power amplifier was designed and implemented in this paper. With the consideration of technique, reliability and cost, LDMOS transistor was used. Two six-way Wilkinson power dividers were used to divide input power and combine output power. By simulation of ADS and measurement of the fabricated circuit, The results show that the pulse power can be attained to 2500 W.
