一种测量非金属材料接触热阻的新方法

摘要
非金属材料在飞行器热防护领域得到广泛的研究和应用,材料结构界面的接触热阻对热防护系统的性能有直接影响,在设计和研制阶段均要考虑这个问题。本文提出了一种"叠片法"的方式,可以较方便、准确地测量多种非金属材料接触界面的实际接触热阻,通过对典型样件的测试分析,结果表明测量方法能够满足工程应用的需要。
Non-metallic materials has been widely studied and used in the field of spacecraft thermal protection system. The interfacial thermal contact resistance of material structure has a direct impact on the performance of the thermal protection system, which need to be considered in the design and development stage. This paper proposes a "lamination method", which can more convenient and accurately measure the actual interface thermal contact resistance of various non-metallic materials in contact. Further, some typical samples were tested and analyzed, and the results showed that the measurement method we propose can satisfy the needs of engineering application.
