基于层次分析法的制动踏板感觉评价方法

摘要
为了建立乘用车制动踏板感觉主、客观评价之间的关系,开展了制动踏板感觉主、客观评价道路试验,获得了预置踏板力、初始制动踏板力/位移、中等制动踏板力/位移、制动响应和制动可调性等客观指标数据和主观得分。利用层次分析理论,建立了制动踏板感觉客观数据评价方法与设计流程,详细介绍了递阶层次结构模型、判断矩阵和客观指标的得分方法等关键环节,分析了客观指标得分与主观得分相关性,指出该方法可有效应用于制动踏板感觉评估与调校。
In order to establish the correlation between objective and subjective evaluation of brake pedal feel for passenger car,road tests of brake pedal feel have been carried out for subjective and objective evaluation,and objective index including pedal preload,low deceleration pedal force and travel,moderate deceleration pedal force and travel,brake response time and brake linearity coefficient and subjective score has been obtained.Using the theory of analytic hierarchy process,an objective index evaluation method and the design process have been established.Some key setups including hierarchical structure model,judgement matrix and score calculation method of objective index have been introduced in detail.The correlation between subjective and objective score has been analyzed and it indicates that the evaluation method proposed can be effectively applied to brake pedal feel assessment and adjustment.
