盾构推进对在建地铁风井或车站结构的影响研究

摘要
本文基于盾构推进施工实测深部土体纵向位移变化规律、附加荷载原位测试与分担组合概念和地基扩散与桩基摩擦理论三种方法,研究了不同方法下盾构推进施工对地下结构产生的附加荷载大小及其分布。并以地基扩散与桩基摩擦理论方法下的附加荷载建立了荷载结构法数值计算模型,对由附加荷载产生的结构变形和受力进行了数值计算的细致研究。同时依托北京在建地铁15号线,进行了盾构推进施工对在建地铁风井、车站结构受力和变形的现场试验,从而得出盾构推进施工对在建地下结构的影响变化规律和影响程度。依据研究结论提出盾构到达评判标准和结构设计中应采取的合理构造措施。
Based on observed deep soil longitudinal displacement changing regularity, additional loads situ test and sharing combination concept as well as foundation spread and pile foundation friction theory, this paper discusses additional load and its distribution generated by shield's advancing to subsurface structures under different methods. And establishes structure-load numerical calculation model according to additional load obtained with the method of foundation spread and pile foundation friction theory, and carries out microscopic study to structures deformation and stress.At the same time carry out site test of stress and deformation to air shaft and station structures under construction supported by Beijing metro line15, thus get changing regularity and effect degree of shield's advancing to subsurface structures under construction. Put forward judgement criteria for shield's arrival and reasonable construction that should be adapted in structure design for the first time.
