钮扣自动包装机的研发与应用

摘要
本文详细论述了钮扣自动包装机的执行系统、控制系统、监控系统的基本设计思想和设计方法,所研发的钮扣自动包装机在温州恒丰钮扣包装厂等多家钮扣包装厂投入生产,运行效果达到了预期要求。本课题研发的钮扣自动包装机计数准确、对整个钮扣包装实现全自动控制,对其他类似包装机械设计具有一定指导意义。在设计钮扣自动包装机的过程中,吸收了糖果包装机等相近包装机械中的成功经验,使得相当多的复杂控制功能得以简化;同时还参阅和研究了德国菲尼克斯公司PLC的相关资料,有针对性地对本设计中遇到的一些问题做出了解决,最终完成了整个钮扣自动包装机的设计,主要工作内容如下:
     1、在查阅了大量的国外、国内包装机械控制系统、机械设计等资料的基础上,通过对多家钮扣生产、包装厂家的实地调研,分析了钮扣包装生产流程、各种原材料的供给及其去向,按照各原材料的流向理清生产全过程,设计了钮扣自动包装机的整体方案。
     2、进行了执行系统中封口装置、供料装置、传袋装置的机构改进设计、参数设计等研究。为了确定包装材料的最佳加热区间,本研究针对横封装置进行了基于温度控制的封口工艺参数试验研究,通过试验研究,试得出在薄膜热封过程中,在不同的温度区间,相关参数与封口质量之间的关系,并进行优化分析设计。
     3、设计了整个电气控制系统,采用ILC350 PN PLC作为控制系统的核心部分,完成几乎所有的控制、运算等功能。完成了控制系统的软件设计,使用PC WorX 5软件,完成软件编写并下载到硬件中,实现了硬件和通讯进行组态和参数赋值、逻辑处理功能,测试本系统和诊断设备故障等。详细介绍了纸带控制的原理和具体设计方法;为了达到精确计数的目的,本课题对自动计数控制作了多项优化改进设计;通过PC WorX 5软件对温度控制temp_2_uth模块进行参数配置和组态,利用比较功能将热电偶采集的温度值与设定值比较,通过PLC控制对加热棒的加热。
     4、监控系统设计中,采用INTERBUS总线作为连接控制器现场设备之间的数据枢纽。上位机触摸屏监控软件采用Visu+进行组态,PLC通过MPI通讯协议与触摸屏上位机进行数据交换。
     5、最后,对全文进行总结,并对进一步的研究提出一些展望。
This dissertation discusses in detail the implementation of buttons packing machine systems, control systems, monitoring and control system basic design idea and design methods.      2、Transmission system and law enforcement agencies to determine the type and parameters of components. In order to determine the best packaging material heating interval, the study carried out for the cross-sealing device for temperature control based on the parameters of the pilot study of sealing technology, through pilot studies, try to draw in the thin film heat sealing process, in different temperature range, the relevant parameters and the quality of the relationship between the sealed and designed to optimize the analysis.
     3、Design the entire electrical control system, using ILC350 PN PLC control system as the core of the completion of almost all the control, computing and other functions.
