摘要
随着知识经济时代的来临，科技对经济的推动作用日
愈显著。作为使科技成果转化为现实生产力的最佳金融支
持体系——风险投资，也成为了一国经济能否得到持续、
平稳发展的重要经济因素。本文阐述了风险投资对中国经
济发展的重大现实意义，从论证发展风险投资是中国经济
发展的必然选择入手，分析了风险投资在中国发展的现
状，重在提出自己对在中国的实际国情基础上构建风险投
资体制的设想。
With the coming of knowledge economy times,
Science and technology is becoming more and more
important on economic. Venture capital , which is the best
support system of finance, can make the research findings of
science and technology into productive force. And it also
become one of the important economic factors, which effect a
country economic whether can develop continuous smooth
and steady or not. This thesis states the important current
significance of venture capital to economic development of
China. It proves that the development of venture capital is the
certainly selection of Chinese economics, and analyze the
present situation of venture capital in China. The focal point
of this thesis is an imaginary, which about the writer's views
of how to construct the venture capital system on the reality
economic basement of China.
