海南椰子产业发展模式研究

摘要
海南拥有丰富的热带农业资源,热带高效农业是海南经济发展的核心产业。椰子是热带农业中最具代表性的水果和经济作物,有很高的开发价值,椰子及其加工品拥有广阔的国内、国际市场。迄今,海南椰子产业仍处于初级阶段,椰子资源潜力尚未得到充分挖掘。而随着我国加入东盟自由贸易区,海南椰子产业将面临东盟国家的强烈挑战。长期以来,我们一直把椰子定义为种植业的范畴,这实际上是狭窄的发展思路。本文拓宽研究范围,把椰子种植业、加工业、营销业及相关支持产业作为一个整体加以研究,阐明椰子产业链中各个环节的相互关系,寻求椰子产业作为一个整体的发展模式。本文首先运用经济学和管理学理论和方法系统分析了我国椰子市场和海南椰子产业链现状,从中揭示了海南椰子产业发展的潜力和存在的问题。在此基础上,运用迈克尔.波特的钻石理论加以分析海南椰子产业竞争力要素。以发展海南椰子产业竞争优势为思路,以构建海南椰子产业竞争力为战略目标,提出了当前提高海南椰子产业竞争力的两条关键路径:椰子产业化和产业创新。紧接着系统研究了农业产业化和产业创新理论,构建了海南椰子产业化模式和椰子产业创新系统。
There are abundant tropical agriculture resources in Hainan. Tropic agriculture industry is the core industry for Hainan province to develop economy. Coconut is the most representative tropic fruit and economic crop with tremendous development value. Coconut and its finished goods have the vast domestic, international require. Up to the present, Hainan coconut industry still is in the stage of primary level, where the rich resources not yet gets to develop well. Now our country joining in the ASEAN free trade area, Hainan coconut industry will face the nationally strong challenge. For long time, we have been defining the coconut industry just as a category to plant,but it is a blinkered development way of the coconut industry. In this paper, we consider coconut planting, coconut processing and coconut maketing as a whole to clarify the correlation of links on the coconut industry chain,to look for development mode of it. Firstly, the coconut market in our country and the present condition of coconut industry chain is analyzed using of economics and management theory. Therefore, the potential and the existent problem of the Hainan coconut industry development reviewed. In addition, the main factors of Hainan coconut industry competition ability has been accomplished by diamond theory of Michael. Port. We regard Hainan coconut industry competition ability as strategy target, and put forward two key paths to develop Hainan coconut industry competition ability: Coconut industrialization and Industrial innovation. Furthermore, Hainan coconut industrialization mode and the coconut industrial innovation system are established according to the characteristics of Hainan coconut industry with systematic study of the theory in agriculture industrialization and industrial innovation.
