基于FM-RDS技术的灾害性天气预警系统的设计

摘要
灾害性天气会给人们的生命和财产造成巨大的危害。我国目前主要通过电视、网络、手机短信等方式发布灾害性天气预警信息。《国务院办公厅关于加强气象灾害监测预警及信息发布工作的意见》中指出,到“十二五”规划末,灾害性天气预警信息要提前15-30分钟以上发出,气象灾害预警信息公众覆盖率将达到90%以上,让人们有足够的时间进行防灾避险。然而,目前的这些方式存在覆盖范围不足、发送能力滞后、成本高等缺点。
     本文通过对RDS副载波的研究,提出一种基于RDS的灾害性天气信息预警系统设计方案。利用RDS技术发布气象预警信息,与主频广播信号叠加后发射。终端对接收到的混合信号进行处理,将解码出的RDS气象预警信息通过液晶显示屏显示出来。本设计具有提高灾害性天气信息发布效率、扩大预警范围、降低预警费用的特点。该方案主要分成了6部分:MCU模块、调频广播及副载波发射模块、调频广播及副载波接收模块、串口通信模块、立体声音频放大模块、LCD显示模块。
     论文的主要内容包括:
     1.RDS副载波技术在国内外的发展状况及应用;提出一种气象预警系统设计方案。
     2.采用MSP430F149单片机作为系统的MCU,达到超低功耗的目的;利用Si47xx芯片,实现立体声广播与RDS文字预警信息的发送和同步接收;使用PROTEL 99 SE软件,完成系统各模块的电路原理图和双层PCB板的设计;采用C语言编写各模块程序。
     3.在IAR Embedded Workbench IDE开发环境下,通过JTAG在线仿真器,实现程序的在线调试和下载。
Severe weather can cause great harm of people's lives and property. China released severe weather warning information mainly through TV, Internet, mobile phone text message, et al."General Office of the state council's opinion of strengthening the monitoring of meteorological disaster and the publishing of early warning information" pointed out that severe weather warning information must issued more than15to30minutes early and covered over90%of our country in the end of twelve-five planning, so that people will have enough time for disaster prevention and hedging. However, the current methods have the shortcomings of inadequate coverage, hysteretic of the sending capability and high cost.
     After the study of FM-RDS subcarrier, this paper proposed a design scheme of disastrous weather warning system based on RDS. Severe weather warning information issued by the technology of RDS, and added up to the dominant frequency to launch. The terminal received the mixed signal, and displayed it on the LCD. This design has the features of enhancing the efficiency of the information release, expanding the warning range and reducing the costs of early warning. This paper is divided into6parts:the MCU module, transmitter module, receiving module, serial communication module, stereo audio amplifier module and LCD module.
     The main contents of this paper include:
     1. The status of the development and application of the RDS at home and abroad. Proposed a design scheme of Disastrous Weather Warning System.
     2. The MCU of the system is MSP430F149chip, which has the ultra-low power consumption. Si47xx chip is adopted to realize the stereo radio and RDS text warning information syncing. Protel99SE is used to design the schematic circuit diagram and the PCB board. The C language is used to compile program of the modules.
     3. The software which can programmed online via the JTAG in-circuit emulator in IAR Embedded Workbench IDE.
