复合截面加固桥梁承载过程仿真分析

摘要
随着交通运输的发展和通行荷载等级的提高,大量现役桥梁需要进行荷载提升和维修加固。本文针对于粘贴法加固的桥梁构件的受力特点,在平截面假定基础上,研究了复合截面非线性的分层分析方法;结合有限元的理论,研制了相应的结构分析程序。该程序采用分层组合式模型,利用增量一迭代法,综合考虑了材料非线性和截面性质非线性。程序除具有常规的结构分析,截面性质计算功能外,还能进行复合截面受力引起截面刚度变化的非线性过程分析,并考虑截面刚度修正对内力分布的影响。综合上述功能,该程序能模拟整体结构在实际受荷情况下,受力——截面退化——内力重分布这一全过程。程序界面友好,人机对话方便,易于使用。本文最后以模型试验验证了分析方法及程序的可靠性和适用性。
With the development of transport and communication trade and the upgrade of traffic load, large quantity of service bridge need maintenance or reinforcement to improve the traffic capability. Directed toward the feature of structural member reinforced by sticking stuff, the nonlinear analytical method of layered cross section is researched on the basis of assumption of plane cross section.
    Applying the theory of FEM, corresponding structural analysis program is developed. The program employs the layered-combination model, and integrated considers the nonlinearity of material and section feature based on the incremental-interactive method. Besides normal analysis of structure and calculation of section constant, the program has the function of analysis the section constant change of load-bearing structure, and this change's efface on the distribute of inner force. Especially important, the program could simulate the whole process of load-bearing bridge: load-bearing-section crack-force redistribute.
    The program has the friendly surface, convenience man-machine interaction. In the end, model experiment are given to examine and certify the reliability and applicability of this article's theory and program.
